Refund policy

At LE Studio & Academy, your satisfaction and safety are our priority. Due to the nature of our services and training courses, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Services (Permanent Makeup, Facials, Tattoo Removal, etc.)

  • All service sales are final. Once a procedure has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Training Courses & Workshops

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • The remaining balance is due on the first day of class.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course date may receive a credit towards a future course (valid for 3 months).

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows.

3. Product Sales

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all product sales (e.g., brow brushes, kits) are final and non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • To reschedule a course, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of LE Studio Management. Please contact us directly for any concerns.
