Welcome to LE Studio & Academy. By booking a service, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a product, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information

LE Studio & Academy provides beauty services, permanent makeup procedures, skincare treatments, and professional training. All clients and students must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened or canceled services without a refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons.

3. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or use of medications that may affect the outcome of procedures.

  • We follow strict hygiene standards and use professional-grade equipment and products.

  • You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by our professionals.

4. Training Courses

  • Course deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment must be completed by the first day of training.

  • Certificates of completion will only be issued upon full attendance and demonstration of required skills.

  • LE Studio & Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, images, and training content are the property of LE Studio & Academy and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

6. Payments

  • We accept Zelle, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, and other approved methods.

  • All payments must be made in full before receiving services or training.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information provided to LE Studio is confidential and used only for appointment management, communication, and internal marketing purposes.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
